Maruti Traders allows the Return of the product(s), only if they are damaged or defective.
Customers are requested to return the product (s) within 7 working days of receiving the product. The return of the product will not be accepted after this time-frame.
The product(s), the customer wants to return, must be in Good condition, and original folds and packaging should be retained. The returnable products must be in unused and undamaged condition, the price and product tags should also be intact.
To initiate the returning process of the product(s) purchased from our website, the customers are supposed to contact the customer care department, through an e-mail/phone, within two days of receiving the product(s).
The customers should raise the request by contacting our customer care department on contact or write to us at Email, describing the issue of the product along with an image of the product.
The customers are requested to courier the bought product(s) to our designated address, once their return request is accepted.
No return will be accepted after 7 working days of receiving the product.
The Customer Should mention his/her name, order number, and mobile number, on the top of the packaging in which the product is couriered by the earlier mentioned procedure.

The customer has to pay the courier charges while returning/exchanging the product. We will be taking the sole responsibility for paying these courier charges, if the mistake is at our end, the courier charges will be returned to the customer through a credit note/voucher. (online transfer)
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S)
The Maruti Traders customers, who have purchased from our online store are kindly requested to not accept any packages if arrived in an unsealed condition, or if any damage has shown up in the package. The customers are requested to contact our customer support desk and report the same immediately.
We Suggest Making a Video When You Unbox Our Courier Product.
The customers will not have an option to cancel any order placed from our website, once it is either processed or approved by our team.
If there are any technical/stock issues for a placed order, Maruti Traders has the right to Cancel the order without any notification and will refund the amount to the customer.
If the customer wishes to cancel the complete or a part of the order, before the order is approved, an email with the subject line – should be sent to Email for the cancellation request.
